Zachary Dennis, EA, MSEA
President, Chief Actuary
Zachary Dennis graduated with a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013.
He is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA and a Member of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (MSEA). He has served on the Society of Actuaries EA-2F Examination writer's committee since 2019 and will be serving as Chair of this committee during 2026 and 2027. Zachary is a cash balance plan specialist with over 13 years of experience working with defined benefit and cash balance plans for small companies.
Zachary has experience with many types of qualified plans but specializes in custom cash balance plan designs that maximize benefits to owners and shareholders while minimizing the overall employer costs.
Outside of work, Zachary likes to garden, hike, paddleboard, travel, and brew kombucha. He’s lived in Maryland, Texas, and Arizona but now calls Oregon home.
Joshua Dennis
Chief Financial Officer
Joshua Dennis served in the Marine Corps for 14 years before going on to pursue a career in finance. He has been working in the wealth management, commercial banking, and retirement plan industries for over a decade. Josh is currently working as both CFO and leading business development for the firm.
He has founded, run, and sold numerous companies and is an M&A expert with experience on both sides of the table.

When he's not at the office, Josh likes to race cars on the track, travel, try new coffee shops, and go on adventures with his family and dog; a German Shorthaired Pointer named Astrid.

Christina Yeager, ASA, EA, MAAA
Actuary
Christina Yeager joined Corvus in July 2024, bringing with her 30 years of experience within the pension actuarial industry. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics.
Christy is a cash balance plan specialist. Working for large and mid-sized actuarial firms, Christy gathered a deep appreciation for traditional defined benefit and cash balance plans, and how they can be designed for small businesses. Christy also has specialized experience with QDROs and retiree medical valuations.
Christy resides in Maryland with her family. She enjoys reading, playing handbells and singing with her church, and playing board games with friends.

Daniel Zepeda
Defined Benefit Consultant
Daniel Zepeda graduated from Willamette University in 2020 with a degree in Mathematics.
His experience within the retirement plan industry has focused on DB/DC combo plan administration and consulting. He is currently studying to become an Enrolled Actuary (EA) and has passed two out of three required exams. Daniel’s ultimate goal is to educate small business owners in his community about the advantages of Defined Benefit/Cash Balance plans. His satisfaction in this work comes from seeing the common employee confident and prepared for retirement.
Forever an Oregonian, you’ll find Daniel hiking in some northwest greenery when he is not reading, seeing live music, or petting his dog; a Lhasa Apso named Jolene.
Tanvi Panchumarthy
Defined Benefit Administrator
Tanvi Panchumarthy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she studied Mathematics.

She is pursuing her credentials as an Enrolled Actuary (EA) and is excited to build upon her experience in defined benefit and cash balance plans, helping small businesses design retirement plans that fit their values and goals.
When she’s not working, Tanvi enjoys gardening, bouldering, and exploring local coffee shops. She also loves cooking Indian food, as well as celebrating festivals with her family.
